Welcome to the website of St. Clare’s College, Ballyjamesduff, Co. Cavan.
St. Clare’s College is a place where we follow in the tradition of our founders, the Sisters of St. Clare “to bring service to the community”.
Our website offers a snap shot of life in St. Clare’s College, giving you a chance to see what is on offer in our curriculum and also to see the many activities that take place inside and outside the classroom.
Our school community is deeply saddened by the death of our dear colleague, Brian Coyle, caretaker. As a mark of respect to Brian, St. Clare’s College will close on Friday, 19th April 2024.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Brian’s family at this very sad time.
'An Evening of Entertainment' - Celebrating our school's 60th year
A huge thank you to everyone in our school community for all of your hard work, dedication and support which made for a memorable night of top class entertainment. The evening began with an outstanding performance of 'Broken Cups', the PJ O'Connor award winning play, written by our former Deputy Principal Noel Monahan. Choral performances, soloists and instrumental pieces also showcased the incredible and diverse musical talent we're so privileged to have at St. Clare's College.
